Cribbing blocks are sturdy, stackable support blocks made from recycled UHMWPE composite or Ekki/Azobe hardwood, used to build temporary yet extremely strong support structures often called box cribs for stabilizing and supporting heavy loads during lifting, jacking, or maintenance operations.

RECYCLE UHMWPE CRIBBING BLOCKS
Option # 1

UHMWPE cribbing blocks are durable, lightweight, and strong, made from ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene. They are resistant to moisture, chemicals, and rust. They are less likely to splinter or crack than traditional wooden blocks, providing a long-lasting, cost-effective solution for lifting and rigging applications.

Advantages:

1. Lightweight and easy to handle
2. Strong and resilient: They are designed to withstand high compressive loads (up to 3000 psi) and will bend rather than break under extreme loads. They won't splinter or mushroom and retain their shape over time.
3. Corrosion-resistant: UHMWPE is resistant to water, oil, and other chemicals, and it will not rot, swell, or weaken when exposed to the elements.
4. Cost-effective: Their long lifespan means they don't need to be replaced as often as other materials, making them a more cost-effective choice in the long run.
5. Easy to clean: They have a non-stick surface that is easy to clean and are anti-static, so that dust can be easily removed with water.

Timbers Certificates:

Phytosanitary: An official document issued by a country's National Plant Protection Organization (NPPO) certifying that plants or plant products being exported meet the importing country's phytosanitary (plant health) import requirements. It ensures the consignment is inspected and free of quarantine pests. It complies with the importing country's regulations: a) have been inspected according to appropriate procedures, b) are considered free from quarantine pests, and c) conform to the current phytosanitary regulations of the importing country.

FSC Wood: The wood comes from 100% Forest Stewardship Council-certified forests. FSC Certification Means: a) Responsible Forest Management: FSC certification ensures that rigorous environmental and social standards are managed in forests. b) Preventing Deforestation, c) Biodiversity Protection, d) Community Rights, e) Worker Rights, f) Traceability
