Irizar AD-WR 150 Anti-Drift Turning Rolls are 150 MT capacity welding rotators designed to support, position, and rotate tanks, pressure vessels, and other cylindrical workpieces while minimizing longitudinal movement during rotation. This movement, commonly known as the screw effect or vessel drift, can occur during welding and fabrication operations. The automatic anti-drift system uses a PLC and sensor-controlled system to continuously correct the position of the workpiece and maintain longitudinal drift within ±3.0 mm.
