Jack's Model 25-3000 is used to construct API 650 and API 620 Welded Steel Tanks. The construction process is top-down [rather than the traditional bottom-up]. Our system eliminates the need for large cranes. Scaffolding is minimized. The roof is built over the first ring. Tank shell plates are fed at floor level; therefore, productivity increases since personnel at the job site work from inside the tank under the roof cover. The process is performed at a maximum height of 6.50 m and encompasses assembly, tack welding, circumferential and longitudinal welding, inspection, and repairs.
Irizar Heavy Industries Inc. has developed unique and sophisticated software that calculates the number of jacks required and their respective capacities to ensure safe lifting. The software accounts for the tank's lifting weight and other factors, including tank diameter and height, roof weight, snow, wind, and seismic loads.

Notes
1. Validity: The selection is based on the Project Information provided by the "Buyer/Renter". Any changes to the project scope, specifications, schedule, location, or other relevant conditions may require a revision of this offer. Irizar Heavy Industries reserves the right to amend pricing, delivery, and other terms accordingly.
2. Foundation / Ground Requirements: The "Buyer/Renter" is solely responsible for providing a suitable pad foundation beneath each Irizar jack column base. The minimum allowable ground bearing capacity shall be 350 MT/m² for Irizar 12 MT jacks, based on a safety factor of 3.0. Irizar Heavy Industries Inc. assumes no responsibility for the design, verification, preparation, or adequacy of the supporting foundation. Warnings: A licensed geotechnical/lifting engineer hired by the "Buyer/Renter" must evaluate the footing subgrade to confirm it meets the load-bearing requirements, in accordance with applicable local and federal foundation regulations. Irizar Heavy Industries Inc. is not liable for any accidents resulting from inadequate or improperly designed foundations, including property damage, bodily injury, or death.
3. Wind Speed: The “Buyer/Renter” is responsible for determining site-specific wind restraint. Tank lifting must not proceed, and the tank must not remain elevated, during wind conditions that exceed the approved lift plan or safe site conditions. Where required, guy wires, tensors, bracing, anchorage, and temporary stability measures must be installed by the “Renter” to prevent tank movement, sliding, or overturning.
4. Training: Available at our Wetaskiwin, Alberta, Training Facility in a real-life environment or as an online course; both include 24/7 WhatsApp Tech Support for one year. The course is designed to be completed within one day and can accommodate up to three operators. Completion of this course is required to receive a warranty.
